SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed within business hours are usually processed within 48 hours
For shipping within Lagos; 1-2 working days
For shipping outside Lagos; 2-5 working days
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We only replace items if they were delivered damaged in terrible state and for the same item only, you cannot exchange the item for another item.
Only items returned in its original condition and in original packaging and accessories are eligible for a replacement.
Most items purchased can be returned for exchange within 48 hours of delivery to the TAURUSESSENTIALS STORE with a few exceptions due to hygiene reasons:
such as Piercing Equipments, Clippers, Trimmers, pins and personal effects.
REFUND POLICY
TAURUSESSENTIALS offers refund if the product is unavailable after order placement. The refund takes 3-5 working days.
Please allow 5-7 business days after your package has been delivered for refund to be processed.
SHIPPING FEE
Please note that our shipping rate are calculated for packages up to 3kg. For packages over 3kg, additional shipping fee will apply based on the weight / size of your package and you will get a call from our logistics partners.
Some locations like some private universities, which are only doorstep deliveries, attract specific fees. Such as COVENANT UNIVERSITY, AFE BABALOLA UNIVERSITY, BABCOCK UNIVERSITY etc. Please kindly note that for these locations you will get a call from our logistics partners on your delivery fees to balance up.
